If you are not satisfied with your product please reach out to us to find out how to return or exchange the purchase within 30 days. We will email you a shipping label just keep the original box that the item came in to send back for return. Returns are limited to non-customized/personalized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As advertised or in-stock items with engravings or alterations are valid for returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
