Return Policy

We care about our customers and want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product please reach out to us to find out how to return or exchange the purchase within 30 days. We will email you a shipping label just keep the original box that the item came in to send back for return. Returns are limited to non-customized/personalized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Downloadable digital and/or software products
• Any item that has been customized or altered with a specific request

As advertised or in-stock items with engravings or alterations are valid for returns

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or defect.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
