We will email you a shipping label just keep the original box that the item came in to send back for return. Returns are limited to non-customized/personalized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your product ships, orders typically arrive within 2-5 days based on the selected shipping option. You have standard ground and priority shipping options to choose from. We ship via USPS and UPS.
