RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is limited to 30 days from your original purchase date. Returns are limited to non-customized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Downloadable digital and/or software products
• As advertised engravings or alterations are valid for returns
• Any item that has been customized or altered with a specific request

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
