Finally, all Tumblers are kitchen-grade stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation will ensure your brewed coffee stays hot, and your iced coffee stays cold. The Custom Engraved Tumblers include the sliding lid which adds an additional barrier of protection for keeping drinks contained and preventing heat or cold from escaping, please note – this lid component is not leakproof and will not prevent spills.

** Font size will be dependent upon layout of text. Your font will be between 15mm and 25mm high depending on size of tumbler or bottle. You may specify your text size and font that you want engraved.

** If you do not chose a font in the options then the font engraved will be one of the block style font listed in the options. (Arial, Tahoma, Volvo etc.)

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is limited to 30 days from your original purchase date. Returns are limited to non-customized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable digital and/or software products
  • As advertised engravings or alterations are valid for returns
  • Any item that has been customized or altered with a specific request

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Our current production times are 1-2 weeks depending on the size of your order and details of you engraving request. Once your product ships, orders typically arrive within 2-5 days based on the selected shipping option. You have standard ground and priority shipping options to choose from. We ship via USPS and UPS.
