FLEXFIT Cotton Blend Cap 6277 Leather Patch Hat is a great addition to our lineup of patch hats!! Equipped with stretchable Flexfit mesh provides a responsive fit while maintaining its classy trucker cap shape. FLEXFIT Cotton Blend Cap 6277 are a great addition to the original 6511 Flexfit hat.

  • Choose your hat color and either select one of our designs or upload your own.
  • Choose your hat size in Medium, XL, and select colors are available in XXL.
  • Upload your logo design or let us know you have one on file from a previous order.
  • Provide any details relevant to your order request in the Order Comments box.
  • Select your quantity and take advantage of bulk purchasing discounts.
  • We will send you a proof design of your artwork for approval before we start production of your order.
  • Our production times are approximately 1-2 weeks once you approve the supplied proof (depending on order).

If you are not satisfied with your product please reach out to us to find out how to return or exchange the purchase within 30 days. We will email you a shipping label just keep the original box that the item came in to send back for return. Returns are limited to non-customized/personalized items. If you requested that an item be customized with any specific engraving or altering the original item, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be non-customized and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our current production times are 1-2 weeks depending on the size of your order and details of you engraving request. Once your product ships, orders typically arrive within 2-5 days based on the selected shipping option. You have standard ground and priority shipping options to choose from. We ship via USPS and UPS.
